Timely Tire

I used Timely Tire this past spring and had a wonderful experience. In November 2022 I schedule a tire change appointment for 2nd week in December. I received confirmation text and all was a go. Day of got no text, no communication and no notice. I reached out a few different times and no communication back. Now I'm scrambling to find a place to put snow tires. Definitely had 2 very opposing experiences. Bummed it turned out this way. Update - 1/3/23 Ari reached out the day I made this review and was very apologetic for my missed appointment. Seems that the company they used for booking and client info closed up shop quickly and they lost a ton of appointments. I understand things go wrong and how you handle them is telling. I plan to give Ari another chance in the spring since my first experience was incredibly positive and Ari seemed genuine and apologetic when speaking to him about the problem.

Caught a bad flat on the way to Vermont. Called every tire place from Mass to Vermont and no one could replace the tire for under 5 days. My wife found timely tire who had new tires waiting for me when I got to Burlington and changed mine out at 7:00pm at night. Wonderful team, decent price, great communication, incredible service. This was such a great experience. Was sick with a flat tire and didn’t want/ couldn’t drive to a shop and needed new winter tires anyway. They responded to my text right away, Dakota came the next day, spent less than an hour putting all new 4 tires on. Called me to let me know he was done and to let me know something about my rim. I didn’t even have to step foot out of my house. Such a pleasant experience with very professional and respectful people. It couldn’t have gone better. I would recommend timely tire to anyone!
