So very helpful. My car was hit from behind and I had no idea of how the process worked with another persons insurance. They talked me through each step, arranged for a rental and dealt with all the third party participants. They knew all the steps that needed to be done. Very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely use them again if I ever need the same type of service. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I just got my car back after them having it for a month. Considering all the extra stuff added to the original estimate they had to fix, and adding on long waits for parts, I’m surprised it didn’t take longer . They did a fantastic job, especially compared to the last place on Shelburne road I went to, that did terrible work. Like comparing a novice teenager to a tradesman. They contacted me once a week with updates , worked hard to get everything included with the insurance company. Along with a top notch customer service experience. As long as I live in Vermont, I’m never gonna go to another place for bodywork.

Kevin and his team at Runway Auto are amazing!!! My entire family has been using Runway for all our mechanical/body work needs for around 5 years.
