They were very helpful and honest in explaining the electrical repairs my son's Jeep needed, and were available immediately for drop off and had the work completed the next day. We have been taking our cars to NEAutomotive for 3-4 years after bouncing around different shops. Good service, they have done a great job at keeping our cars (one of them 12 years old!) running While keeping the cost under control. Easy to get in touch with them, they seem honest and do a great job.

New England Auto is fantastic and we started going here when we moved to Vermont in the Fall of 2017. While it was tough to get an appointment during the early stages of the pandemic, they have remained honest and did their best to get our cars in. They go above and beyond to help. They are transparent in their costs, fair, and stand by their services. They also just adjusted their hours and open at 730 am and close at 6 pm every day but Friday, which really helps. They deserve more than 5 stars.
