Card needed some cosmetic repairs due to an accident (not my fault I'm a good driver)... the company was so kind, happy to help answer question I had, and kept me in the loop the whole time my car was there for roughly 2 weeks. A deer jumped into the side of my car and damaged the entire passenger side. I brought my car to Direct Auto body and I was thrilled with how easy the process was to navigate. The estimate was quick and easy. We scheduled a repair date. My car was repaired and back to me within the quoted time frame and the car looks new again! I’m very happy with the experience! The worst place I could've brought my vehicle for repairs. You cannot trust this shop, especially the manager Chris Baringer, who is so unprofessional. They did negligent, dishonest, and incomplete work on my brand new truck, which they had for 3.5 months. He can't return a phone call for questions on my repairs, even 2 months later.  I've had to take it into 2 other shops afterwards to get any answers why it's still not right. No one has this kind of time when you're expecting professional work. And in the end, he just had excuses and blame and a bad attitude. They say they guarantee their work for as long as you own the vehicle. Well you'll have to fight hard for that if you can even get ahold of anyone. This has been the worst most frustrating experience I have ever had to deal with in my life! I have a huge write up and detailed explanation, but I hope this short review can get the attention of the general manager or owner so I can finally get some resolution.
