We brought in my Prius, and as we were driving down, Shelburne Road, the muffler to our Yaris fell off. A slight panic ensued and Brett was very nice to have us bring the car back in and he took care of everything. A great experience all around. We did stop in to the sales office and were quite disappointed that there were no new cars on the lot!
I had an issue with my windshield (crack stemming from a weird place) after recently purchasing the car a few months prior. Brought it in and Frank was so understanding and helped solve the problem. They good willed me a windshield so problem. Excellent customer service. They truly care about the customer during purchase AND afterwards. I’m officially a life long customer! And Frank is the BEST! Traveling up to Shelburne from Rhode Island visiting a couple of days. My tire picked up a nail and wouldn’t hold psi. Called and next morning brought it in and easy repair to my tire. Off I drove back to Rhode Island! Thank you! Service: Tires
