Heritage Ford performed Vermont State Inspection on my 2019 F-250 SD truck. It was was quick to get my truck checked in in the morning. I stayed in the lounge while the inspection was done- a total of 40 min from check-in to check out. I was very happy with the service and at a fair charge.
Heritage service (Anna) really made an effort to solve my complex F150 problem. Anna was exceptional. Friendly. courteous, understanding & respectful
Jerit was great. He was able to move my appt up a few days to guarantee I’d have my truck for my camping trip. The quote for the work done and the actual cost were close enough for me to be happy. Gary checked me out when I picked my truck up. He is always friendly and I enjoy talking with him.
