Great customer service! I was recommended to call them when I was having tire issues the same day I needed to drive 6 hours to Maine. They were able to get my car in, and I was back on the road in time for lunch.

We’ve been going to Girlington Garage for a long time and love seeing the success of the business. But I’m finding that the requirement for a full day drop off is a lot to manage and although I understand it to the extent, I wish there was more flexibility when possible. Although you offer a loaner what I have found is when we need a loaner then that means that our appointment gets pushed out even further. Because of this, we’ve had to go to other places and I know that your business successful and maybe that doesn’t matter but it’s just the reality. The other pieces that the evaluations are great but I sometimes feel like it’s more of an effort to upsell. And that feels really new. All that said, I love seeing the growth of the business. I always feel like my car as well taken care of and although I’d like to be able to go to for all of our appointments, I understand that you have to balance a lot. Services: Exhaust, Tires

My experience with Girlington Garage was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, the communication was excellent. My car was repaired in the time frame that was given me, and I also got a loaner for free. I will be going back when my car will need service again.
