Extremely slow service. Car wasn’t ready even hours after promised. And then they kept telling me 1 more hour… 20 more minutes… and it was another 3 hours. Workers at the front were also talking about how the management here wasn’t great and that they are quitting soon with a friend that came in while I was sitting and waiting for my car. For a different service (replacing my alternator), I called them and they quoted me $940. I called Duncan’s down the road and they got me in same day for $460.

I recently made an appointment with VIP Tires online, to get my state inspection done. The scheduling process was very user friendly and took me mere minutes. I showed up for my appointment, and was treated with respect and kindness by the staff. They handled my inspection quickly and I was out the door in around 30 minutes. They will even retorque your wheels after 50 miles for free. Highly recommended. Service: Vehicle Inspection

I gave one star because they wasted my time. 11:30 I had an easy appointment just to check the lights on my car, the light came on only because of them. The day before I brought my car for an alignment and once they finished my cars light turned on and they did not tell me anything. I only found out once I got home. I called them and they said bring it in tomorrow and when I brought it I asked them can they finsh it by 4 then they said no just bring it Friday at 11:30 and when I brought it at 10 they didnt check my car intill 5:30 (knowing i needed it by 4). I was told that they would call me. They called 20 minutes before closing. When they checked it they told me they did not know what was wrong with it. They wasted my time and didn't know what was wrong with my car
