I’ve been dealing with them since it was Big Al’s. The first time I went there was for some exhaust work on my 1995 Honda Accord. I couldn’t afford the price that was quoted to me for the work. Peter asked me when I got paid. I told him that today was payday, and he asked when my next payday was. I told him in 2 weeks. He said that they would go ahead and do the work if I could pay half and when I got paid again in 2 weeks then I could pay off the balance. I agreed to those terms. I was highly impressed with that. They didn’t know anything about me, and still took a chance on me to not rip them off. When I got paid again I went and paid the balance and told them they have a customer for life. They’re very nice, affordable, and honest.

The owner Peter is very friendly and their price for what I needed done was very fair, actually lower than I expected. Not only that they were able to get me in and out in the same day. Totally recommend this business. Also, it's veteran owned. :)

Our first experience with them, and definitely won't be the last. They gave us a very fair estimate for the needed repairs, and it ended up costing exactly what they said it would.
