No communication of issue or delays. Called and left messages never getting calls back about my vehicle, until my Insurance Agent called them. Called on the original pickup day sad on hold for 30mins, to find out vehicle was not ready and handn't gotten to frame machine. Meaning almost no work had been started. Never Notified, until i called them on the pickup day. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
Shop did a good job on the outcome of the repairs and good job on keeping me up to date from when the parts were order/delivered to when I can expect to pick up the car. Good collision repair shop, highly recommended. Service: Body & Trim
Janice was AMAZING!!!! She was kind courteous and really listened to what I needed. She made me feel comfortable about the work that was going to be done to my vehicle and put my mind to ease about the ability of the shop. My Dodge was fixed properly in a timely fashion.
