Went in 2 days ago to try and get a car. Never made it to test driving stage. Heard salespeople discussing damaging rumors they heard (defamation of character) about potential customers and their financial situation. Smile in your face and talk grimey behind your back. Saying they wouldn’t help someone due to a rumor they heard about them.

I would never give them a dime more of my money. I brought a brand new 2022 car and all the things they promised when they took my money and nothing has been fulfilled I spent over 4000 dollars for my vehicle and I had to pay for damages on my own because they claimed what they promised wasn’t in the contract they gave to us. I have spent money each month for an extended warranty that they now says doesn’t cover anything but mechanical but I have full insurance and gap….. why would I pay for an extended warranty on the same thing my other insurance covers? Because that’s not what was told to me when I brought my brand new car. They want the money but do nothing for it. They are scammers!
