NTB-National Tire & Battery

If anyone needs dismounting and mounting new tires, tire balancing, tire rotation, or tire repair do not go to NTB - National Tire & Battery. The employees that work there don't know how to properly take care of your car or wheels. I just got my wheels powdered coated and went to get them mounted on my new tires. I asked for the white letters on the outside and they had the black walls on the outside instead because they couldn't understand what i said on the phone. When I got there they told me I would have to wait till Monday for them to fix it because their "MASTER TECH", who can so called “handle” powder coated wheels wasn't there, so I left. Then went to sheetz and realized my wheels were scratched and I couldn't call them because they were already closed. I spent $300 on wheels to be powder coated just to be scratched the same day I got them. Then spent $752 on tires, and $40 more to just be mounted wrong. The whole building Is ran by a bunch of 20 years old kids with no experie

I’ve gotten my oil changed, new tires, and an alignment and shocks and let me tell you they were awesome!! they got me in and out easily they communicated with me throughout the time they were working on my car I definitely recommend stopping in !! i’ll definitely be recommending everyone I talk too and I’ll be returning back as well!

Amazing service! Clean environment, and out of 4 other shops they were the cheapest and got my work done same day. My car finally rides smooth as a Cadillac. I’m bringing my truck back here for tires this spring.
