Thaddeus went out of his way to help me after I bought a bad part and almost broke down after I left. I was in a bad spot.He came out to help me even after he should have gone home. He has always been super helpful and keeps this place going. Thanks for being you!

I can't say enough about the service and quality of work at McCarthy's. I brought my 2019 Tesla Model S in for a tire repair and not only did they help me, they exceeded my expectations ten fold. They were fast, thorough and above all else as friendly as can be. Not only that they were fairly priced as well, more so than even Tesla service would have been. I am normally very particular about where I take our Model S and I can say without any doubt that I will be taking any and all vehicles I have to McCarthy's in the future.

Place is a joke. Charging an hour of labor to read a check engine code. Charging for mysterious parts. Guess they think they can rip off women? Edited: this was my girlfriends car. They were instructed to fix the AC and a part that they knew about from the time it was inspected(they did the inspection). Also an hour of labor to tell her the check engine light is on and it could be one of 4 things? Did a self scan at autozone in 3 minutes and found out what it was. Your guys sat around for 2 days and hustled her. You fixed nothing ????‍♂️ sorry that the tires you inspected are now magically bald and more expensive than anywhere in town and she didn’t want them.
