Customer service is always exceptional and the environment is comfortable. The last 2 visits it appears that a back up with appointments and walk has made for longer wait periods. My appointment was 8AM and I wasn't done until nearly 10:30.
We had a transmission emergency while traveling home to TN. We were 7 hours from home . The service department quickly diagnosed the issue provided us with an estimate and time frame to resolve issue. They started work on our older suburu immediately and we we’re back on the road within a few hours. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this business. Always fantastic service! Professional but personal- there is a reason I choose to drive almost an hour for my Subaru service instead of closer, more convenient locations. They go above and beyond in customer service.
