I worked with Chaos on a previous Jeep build but fell victim to the convenience of working with shops in NoVA when building my current rig. After chasing steering and suspension issues I finally took the vehicle out to Chaos. Josh and AK immediately got to work solving the myriad of issues (including ones caused by incorrectly installed parts by prior shops.) The repairs were further complicated by a deer strike as we were continuing to narrow down what was causing it. Josh took it all in stride working with insurance to repair the damage done all while finally fixing the root cause of the steering issues. Chaos did a great job with my Jeep! I had an oil leak, needed a wheel alignment, and a few other things repaired, new shocks, wheels, and tires. They were great about contacting me and letting me know certain things should be repaired/replaced. They also kept me updated when parts came in and how the progress of my repairs were going.
