Contacted the fine gentlemen on Friday of Easter weekend to help with car that wouldn't start. They helped coordinate tow and completed repairs in only a few hours. Very open, honest, and respectful; they provided clear diagnosis and expected cost that was fair. Offered assistance in transportation from hotel. ***PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE STORY** I been ripped off by places to get my car inspected every year, i have a 2002 buick rendezvous, awesome first car EVER! So by 2021 i went to my decent dealership cause they fixed my steering wheel (which cost alot????)....so i got my car inspected and they say my car failed saying it needed ALOT of parts to be fixed to pass....(i just had that feeling i got ripped off) SOOOOO by 2022, a great friend of mine send me here to Williamsburg Automotive, and i need to tell ya this place is awesome! Mike and his gang helped me out alot on this situation. (Turns out i only needed was a turn signal lightbulb to be replaced to pass????????????????) Not only he helped me fixed that problem but the parts that needed to be fixed was just only my serpentine belt and control arm to my right front side(which mike has said "it could be done sooner its not a problem, its still good.")...and that dealership wanted me to replace a whole bunch of stuff for over 3,000... I called for advice and help, a tourist 300 miles from home with car trouble. Manager Marcus calmed me down, gave me directions, pulled a car out to take me right in. Fixed my car and sent us on our way. A man of his word, could have taken advantage of a tourist, but gave quick honest service. Waiting area clean and comfortable. Honest price. Couldn't ask for more. A local business with integrity !
