My boyfriend and I went here just because it was closest when we broke down on 64 on the way to VA beach but this was hands down THE BEST auto shop experience i have ever had. I believe the owner was one of the men that helped us and fit us in they're extremely busy shop, they got us back on the road within a hour. They went absolutely above and beyond expection! They were extremely kind and thoughtful! If we lived closer they would 100% be our go to shop.

Carroll’s is not only efficient and professional, they are friendly too! They have shown me (and many others I know) that they care about the upkeep and safety of the vehicles. Mr. Carroll and Ms. Kathie (or Cathy?) Are awesome, professional and very friendly. The people who repaired my car (2014 Madza M3), including Mr. Bob, are fast, efficient, and great at what they do. I fully recommend their service, and am thankful to them.
