They texted me to let me know my van was in the shop being assessed, they sent me a comprehensive assessment of entire vehicle, they asked me to call to discuss assessment and decide what work to be done and gave me a price that they held to when the work was quickly done. I noticed a sound when I used the brakes. I called American Pride and spoke to Jake. Due to the nature of what I was hearing, Jake suggested that I leave the car for a diagnostic check. Jake assured me that I would have transportation home and transportation back to pick up my car. The diagnostic check was shared through text and email! I appreciated the pictures with the description of what was in need to be repaired. When my car was ready Brandon assisted in the review of services and the bill.
