I'm from out of state on vacation and my transmission light went on right before I started my 5 hour drive home. They took my car in right away and fixed it the same day. These guys are really great to deal with and I'm very grateful for their wonderful customer service.

Excellent service. Fair and honest people. We brought in a car that we found out was beyond repair. My husband and I both got sick before we could have it moved. Ernie was kind and patient and was very clear about preliminary estimate versus what it would cost to dig deeper. We just moved back to Virginia Beach and these folks will be our mechanic of choice for the duration. Thanks Ernie!!!

Due to checking out reviews on Google, Yelp and other sites I decided to drive a little bit out of my way to get an estimate for a new muffler for my vehicle. I had already been to three big names in the area who thought I was stupid because I was a female. They told me they have to have my vehicle all day and gave me ridiculous prices. I walked into the shop at 4:30 got a price for a fraction of what the others were without any extra BS that I was given at the other locations. When I asked to make an appointment they said they could take care of me right then and I was out of there in about 40 minutes. I was told it would have been quicker if they didn't run out of the welding wire and have to replace it. Highly recommend this location as it is a genuine family run business that truly cares about serving the community!
