I got there at 5pm they close at 7pm. I was there until 7:30pm with my little son. I waited 2 hours 30 minutes just for them to tell me the tool they need is in someone else’s box. Talk to the district manager and they did not help the situation at all.

1st let me say, I have nothing but LOVE for everyone in the shop. Auto mechanics are the must underappreciated people in the world. They destroy their bodies by the time they retire. And boy, could I tell upper management does not care about their people one bit. They were way overbooked! I made an appointment but it meant nothing. It was an hour and half past appointment time before they brought back my truck. Their management clearly cares nothing about their mechanics. Stear clear of this place.

I had a great experience getting a wheel alignment. I scheduled my appointment on line. I would highly recommend that perk. They were very busy, but with my appointment, I was in and out much quicker than I even expected. I would definitely go back.
