RIDETIME TIRE CENTERS, LLC.

I was looking for a car mechanic to fix overheating issues on a Saturday. I went there, they replaced the waterpump and timing belt. I had overheating issues immediately after, took it back, they said it was “a sensor and they replaced the thermostat for free”. STILL had overheating issues so I took it to a different mechanic and they told me I had no thermostat and that my head gasket was blown ???? in retrospect I believe I may have had a blown head gasket from the start and they may have put a quick slime repair in the head gasket but I do not know this for certain, I just have my suspicions. Best I can say is they are sloppy and don’t do what they say they do. Worst I can guess is they are shady and charge people to do things to cars that are done for. I ended up selling the car, since the cost to replace the head gasket would total the car. All in all, terrible experience, I would not recommend Ridetime to anyone.

When I got there my first interaction with josh was pleasant enough. That quickly turned sour. Whom I believe the person actually changing my tire quickly tried to coax me into giving him a tip. “ I’m going to get you right in and bump this guy out because he’s not going to tip” was what was mentioned to me. After sitting for roughly 40 mins they come out to tell me the tire they had; had a hole in it that was unrepairable. So they put the old one back on as I thought what was happening; thirty minutes later I try to get someone’s attention and josh mutters under his breath “ it’s a used tire what do you expect”. I cannot see what they are doing then I pay and they drive the vehicle around front. I then learn they had stripped a lug nut. I go back in to inform them and they start saying stuff in the back about it as I could over hear them. More or less mocking me. Out front he said it was somebody else. Either way this may not be somewhere anyone would want to go if they have this type
