Great falls auto - they always do a great job taking care of all of our cars. Reasonable and professional
The front desk guy, I think he's name is Richard, is a poor-mannered bully. Really unpleasant personality and attitude. The main mechanic does not know how to listen and couldn't care less what you have to say, or about your time, or to make you comfortable. No one cares if you'll come back or not. This place is doing you a BIG FAVOR by working on your car. It's a business that's run in a crude and barely adequate manner. Remember American cars from the peak of malaise era? This auto shop is like that. I gave this place 3 chances and every time I felt disrespected by the crude, manner-less approach. Not coming back again, but I'm sure they don't care
I took my car to Great Falls Auto. I wanted to change my rear brake pads and I was charged $880. I called the dealership for the same service and I was charged $215. Please double check the prices and get a second opinion if your choose to use Great Falls Auto. Felt like I had to share my experience.
