I dropped off my daughter's car at Lloyd's to be inspected, and (as I had to leave early for work) I asked her to be responsible for checking the car in and picking it up when done. I was in Virginia from New York City for a basketball tournament with my family. Second day here my car started making a scraping sound every time I stepped on the brake. I’m 300 miles away from home so finding a mechanic in a state where you’re not from is always scary. Lloyd’s was a 5 minute drive from the hotel so I took a chance and boy am I glad I did. They replaced my back brakes and caliper and plugged a tire. They were quick and honest and did it all for a great price. Thank you Ashley and staff for fixing my car.
