These guys are great if they can't fix it they are honest and will tell you. They have actually called me to tell me I didn't need what I brought it in for. They saved me a fortune! Quality work and quality people.
My car wasn't heating up, so I stopped by to see if they could tell me what was wrong with my car, within 10 minutes Gorin and David told me that my water pump was bad. They ordered my parts the same day, and had my car fixed the next day. Even though i was unable to leave my car there over night do to my work schedule they allowed me to bring it back the next afternoon and promised me that it would be fixed within a few hours! Very knowledgeable, friendly customer service! Will definitely return to Valley Excellence Automotive in the future for all my car repairs!
I highly recommend this auto shop. I'd only heard about them through my mother because they are always reasonable and fair. However, while on the way home to visit my mom I encountered a problem with my relatively new car. Mom took me to Valley Excellence and they resolved my problem in minutes. Thank you G... you guys are EXCELLENT!!
