Meineke Car Care Center

My vehicle broke down 4 hours away from home. It was towed to a Meineke outside of Norfolk Virginia. A few weeks later my car wouldn't start, and we realized the battery was never installed properly. I had paid Meineke a lot of money for an alternator, a new battery, and the labor, (A tire and battery business had put in a new battery 3 days before, and did not inform me that the alternator was bad). I took it to the Meineke on Melrose in Roanoke Virginia, and the place was closing within the next 10 minutes. It's a husband and wife team and they are the nicest people. They took the time out at the end of their day when they could have sent me away and he fixed the problem with no charge, after several other people including mechanics told me it could not be tightened and I would have to get a new battery installed or take it to the dealer. These people are genuine and knowledgeable. We will be using their service from now on. Bye-bye other tire & battery business, hello Meineke.

I can't recommend them highly enough. I have used their services for almost 20 years. I know that when I take my vehicle in for repair, maintenance, or inspection, I'll get honest and fair repair quotes. If you have a vehicle, this is the only place I'd recommend.

I took my fiancés car to Buzz and his family shop at Meineke, and he not only opened his garage to fix her car, he opened his heart, the heart of Jesus that lives within. He shared the Holy Bible and scripture with my fiancé. This was definitely a God moment as I had been praying for her eyes and heart to be opened to the Love of God. I believe God lead us to have our vehicle fixed here, but most of all God ministered to her soul that day. The gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Point to all of this is to say, we only take our vehicles to this shop from that day forward. P.S -They do fantastic vehicle work as well!
