**I had the new part that I had purchased installed elsewhere for a lot less than $200. It took a mechanic at another automotive repair shop 5 minutes to install it.** Maggie, the manager, and Rob, the owner, quoted me $200 to install an interior door handle on my Mazda so it would pass VA State inspection. Why was the quote $200 when I told both of them I had purchased the new part at O'Reilly?
I’ve been going here for years, the business has expanded substantially. The owner is awesome and has a great team who will take care of you! If there is ever anything you don’t think was done completely/correctly, just communicate and they’ll fix it! Maggie is great to talk to and Josh knows his mechanics.
