I would have given this place a 4.5 star rating, but they charged me a 3% fee to pay with my debit card. The owner and/or manager said they tell everyone about the fee and there is a sign posted. Well, they did NOT tell me. My bank is right up the road, and I could have easily got the money and paid with cash. My car was ready when promised, and they did a pretty good job with the work. The employees were very nice until I called back about the fee. Like I told the owner, I will NEVER bring another car there. He would rather lose my business than refund my 3% fee.
Wow! They are very honest! I had some parts that popped out a place and he was able to fix it and I offered to pay him and he said oh don't worry about! Wow! I will definitely come back here!
The staff at Hanabass did excellent work on my car! Their attention to detail is appreciated, and they took great care to ensure that my car looked exactly like it did before the accident. Highly recommend. The finished product was perfect. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
