I contacted Gatti Automotive after having a few other estimates on having some major repair work quoted for my Ford F-250. Charles was able to give me a very close quote on the phone, had good reviews so I decided to give them a chance. I brought my truck in on my appointment date, and they got right to work on it. After a few days of disassembly, Charles called me to let me know he had discovered several other major issues and asked me to stop by so he could show me what was going on. We discussed him replacing all the parts as needed, and he was very fair with the pricing. It was scary to see my awesome truck in about 1,000 pieces, but his technicians know their trade, made excellent diagnoses of what parts needed to be replaced, reassembled to spec, then double and triple checked everything with several road tests to make sure everything was perfect. He even found that the anti-freeze was quite low so he topped that off and changed the oil and filter. Now my truck is like new
