I've been coming here for years. Always happy with the work and will keep coming back. A few things you should know; 1. Make an appointment for whatever you need. 2. They have hours 7 days a week. 3. Keep your appointment, if you are late they may not have the time to squeeze you in. 4. They do state inspections but check with them in advance to make sure their folks are doing inspections when you are in. 5. Bonus points for clean bathrooms ???? ????

I recently had my car serviced at Firestone in Roanoke and was very impressed with the team there. They listened carefully to my needs and completed the repairs quickly and efficiently. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the service was top-notch. Overall, a great experience! Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Worst customer service ever. Not once but twice , 6 months apart, was told I would have to wait days to get a tire patched that was under warranty. 30 miles from home and their attitude was that they could care less. I hope they are never stranded far from home. A different location got me in at the end of their day in less than 5 mins. I will NEVER buy Firestone tires EVER again!! Tires are a little over a year old.
