Dropped off my car for an appt at 8am told them I’d be back at 4 to pick it up Called at 2 to confirm car would be ready by 4 was told yes Get a call at 3:55 saying they need more time like an hour or more I waited for over an hour and a half after said pick up time for my vehicle to be finished I don’t even think they touched it the entire day it was sitting there…. Why make an appt and leave car there all day if I’m still just going to have to wait

Was going to give this place a really good review. I have been using them for about the last 2-3 years for routine work - brakes, tires, inspection, etc. They have a massive competitive advantage over other mechanics since they are open later during the week and they do work on the weekends. This worked great for my schedule. But then I had a very bad experience the last time I went. If I had followed their advice, it would have been a very costly mistake. I highly recommend that if you do use this place (I will not anymore) that for any estimate over say, $1000, you should get a 2nd opinion from a more trustworthy garage. Saved me on a road trip. Got me back on the road within about 4 hours of opening after having to be towed off the road the night before
