Caliber Collision

Working with Blaine at Caliber to get our truck fixed after an accident was the easiest part of our insurance process. Very grateful for his attention to detail and all the work he and the others at Caliber did to get us back on the road.

First time in an accident second experience with this location and I can’t give a shout out to one or two because it wouldn’t be fair!! Shout out is to everyone there from the girls in the front, management and people behind the scenes that I got to talk to and the people that worked on my truck telling how they were going to fix it!! I want to thank ALL for making me feel comfortable and reassuring me that “I” will be taken care of!!! Job well done and service was GREAT and my truck looks GREAT too!! My car door still has a gap at the bottom, my headlight does not work properly and the door is missing pieces in the door handle!Tell me that they do this for a living and that they are their professionals but at the end of the day the job that was done on my Cadillac was horrible and for it to be sitting for months and only been worked on for 4 days very unprofessional Service: Body & Trim
