Had a transmission drain and fill done today. Prior to coming the tech I spoke with gave me some info on inline transmissions that I didn’t know. He was extremely knowledgeable of transmissions. They completed the service and after leaving they realized a washer might have been left off, but most likely not and wanted to check it out to be safe. Took it back and they found it was all good. Car rides better than the day I got it! Most places wouldn’t call you to come back, but I’m glad they did as well as they offered a free oil service for any inconvenience. Definitely will be returning. They treat you like people not a $. That’s hard to find in Roanoke. Services: Transmission, Tires

JT and Cameron were great to work with! Easy to communicate with, great follow up and they went way out of their way to help my wife and I with a little tricky and involved transmission replacement.
