Both Sean and Rebecca were great throughout the entire process. Their customer service was top-notch. They made me feel like I had known them for years and I felt very comfortable. Leaving my car in their care. They kept me updated via text message to add the entire process, so I wasn’t left in the dark on what was happening with my vehicle, and my vehicle was ready when it was supposed to be ready. The work was impeccable, and my car was returned to me like Brandon. Performance Collision Center on West Broad St in Richmond, Virginia, went above and beyond with their customer service. I felt like Rebecca was a trusted friend as she helped in every aspect of the repair. Where USAA was painful to work with on this repair, Rebecca was a true delight, stepping in when I became frustrated trying to reach our insurance adjuster.
