I travel 30 minutes to this location because Keith and the staff are super friendly. I use to live about a ten minute drive away. But I moved since. I could go to a location that's near my new apartment. I don't and that's okay for me!

I was visiting Richmond from out of town Memorial Day weekend. A tractor trailer tire tread blew and hit the front, right side of my car while I was traveling 60 mph on the highway. I made it to Richmond safely but there was significant damage to my right side light, trim, and undercarriage. Plastic was hanging and dragging - I needed help securing the trim and removing the damaged plastic. This team came to my rescue!! It took me three tries to find a place that would service my vehicle on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. I was scheduled to head back home on Monday. I called the store and the store manager, Keith Gulliford, answered the phone assuring me that his team could take a look at the damage. They sawed off the broken plastic and secured the hanging trim with a zip tie. I was so grateful and completely at ease knowing that I could drive my vehicle safely. Absolutely recommend these guys.
