I was told that I could have a full diagnostic done for $114, and if I chose to have them work on my vehicle the $114 would be deducted from the total repair price. For one, they never looked at the specific issues I pointed out to them. I had to call back multiple times to make sure the problem I knew of was addressed and quoted. I was told that with the price of the $114 I was to pay that AFTER the work was done. I was told that the $114 wouldn’t be due at the time of drop off since I still had to decide whether to have them work on it or not. I choose to have them repair it and was quoted $275. The quote ended up being cheaper. Instead it came down to $180 and some change. The man told me that with the original price of the $275 I would ONLY have to pay $160. Of course when I show up he tells me the price ended up being cheaper AND they weren’t going to charge me the $114 OR have that come from the total. I began using this auto shop for all my services in either 2019. It began with inspections and oil changes, and has grown to them handling axel and transmission repairs/cares. I have always received great customer service when coming into their establishment, these guys work hard to get cars in and out in a timely fashion. Their establishment is very clean, and even the bathroom is more clean than I anticipated due to it being in the actual shop part of the building. I believe they give the best reasonable prices for all repairs and services. It can be difficult to find a credible auto company that does not try to hit you over the head with prices. I'll remain a customer as long as the moral of the company does not change. Great business guys, keep it up!
