Very Trustworthy, professional, accommodating & they know how to fix what needs to be fixed! Fair & reasonable. They Even serve cookies & Donuts when I have come! They seem like a happy team & I like supporting this business as I trust them completely & appreciate their honesty, ethic, & quality service. I needed a tire plugged and chose Dunkum's simply because it was close to where I was. I'd never been before. They took me almost right away and had a little trouble fixing the tire so it took a little time. I sat in the waiting room and had the opportunity to watch the way they interacted with each other and with their customers. They seemed to know everyone. I mean really know their customers. I was so impressed with the way this little family business conducted itself. Although the wait was long, it wasn't unreasonable. The owner went above and beyond and I appreciated it so much. I believe I found the shop that will handle all of my automotive needs in the future.
