After driving from Savannah, we got into Richmond at 4 PM with a piece of the front bumper dragging on the ground. Even though they were closing at 5, they told me to bring it in. Within 10 minutes of arriving, they fixed the problem and we were on our way!
Far exceeded my expectations. The body work was flawless, that was my expectation. What exceeded it was how quickly they finished the work. It was exactly 1 week to include the weekend. Nice work and would highly recommend to anyone with a Tesla.
Only one place to take your damaged vehicle. They repair it right the first time. Very professional and extremely thorough. I have recommended them to others and I have only heard great reviews.
