Motor mounts and an oil change My boss has raved about 804 Auto for quite some time, so I decided to give them a try. I haven’t been pleased with our mechanics lately. So glad I gave 804 Auto a try. They were super nice. They have the perfect guy working the front desk because his personality it perfect for the job. Very personable. My mechanics were wrong in telling me I needed new struts. My motor mounts were destroyed. 804 Auto sent me a video of my motor rocking back and forth. Crazy! Not sure how my old mechanics missed that. Service: Oil change

My family & I have been going to 804 for years. They may not always be the cheapest, but what keeps us coming back is their honesty & they stand behind the work they do. My quick car story on how 804 became our shop. I’d been to several shops in the area like the one by Lowes due to a clicking & grinding coming from the front whenever I turned to the right. Each place was like you have a broken Axel, CV Joint, & tie rod. At one place they added on “your front tires need to be replaced & your brakes are almost gone”. Most of the places were like it’s going to cost 1400-1800 to fix all of the issues. We went to 804, they looked it over, & were like its just the CV Joint, your brakes, axel, & tie rods are all fine. Your front tires still have plenty of tread for a few more months of driving & don’t need replacing. At the time i think it was under 400.00 (after tax) to repair & we added in a few extra services.
