I don’t recommend this shop, don’t go to this shop,. I took my Toyota Camry for oil change dropped there for oil change I didn’t after 3 hours it done I went to pick up my car I changed $144.00 just for oil change Dana was there at the front disk, ebb it’s more then dealer(59.99) and Walmart Yorktown 49.99 for the Sam car. Even they didn’t put the everything put back I took my car even after hour start my car and car starts and turned off itself. I will never go there again. Worst experience. I have their Receipt for proof if anyone wanna see feel free ask me I will show you.

They broke the hubcap off of my wheels when they were changing my tire. They said to buy them and bring in the receipt so they can reimburse. I asked for a letter and they said they don't write letters. I needed some type of letter with a signature on it for proof if they ever said they didn't tell me to buy the hubcaps. If I walked in and said I bought tires from them and I don't need a receipt, for them to trust me, they'd never agree to it. So after fighting with them on the letter, I decided to call corporate and sent corporate a quote of the hubcaps and my receipt of work done to my car and they sent me a check within a week. These people were all good when they took my money but as soon as you got a complaint, they turn hostile. The old lady at the front was giving me attitude cause I walked in to ask for a letter and she said they already told me that they don't do letters and to trust them that they will reimburse me. Never went back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I brought my car in on a Sunday to have 2 tires replaced w/o an appointment. Donna was very helpful and provided me with true, upfront pricing for installation. The tech, Will, was also very pleasant and helpful, not only to me but other customers as well. My car was completed fairly quickly to not have an appointment, and while I waited I can appreciate how Donna and Will took the time with each customer to make sure they were meeting their needs. Donna engaged in conversation with me in between customers and also kept me updated on how my car was coming along w/o me having to ask. Great customer service!
