This was my FIRST time getting a vehicle fixed anywhere and I was also devastated because it was my brand new, 2023 Kia. I thought my car would never be the same but Suttle did an amazing job on my vehicles bumper and in a timely manner. I highly recommend their services!

The service provided by Tracy was very disappointing and frustrating. She acted as if she wasn’t willing to be helpful regarding the turnaround time for me to get my vehicle back. Her tone sounded as if I was frustrating her with my questions regarding my vehicle. I will not go to Suttle Motors Body Shop again. They are rude and not helpful Service: Body & Trim

A deer hit me one evening and within 35 minutes of the incident, Geico had scheduled an appointment to drop my vehicle off at Suttle and arranged a rental from Enterprise (which is located in the Collison Center!). The vehicle was dropped off, they kept in touch with me via text messages and my van was ready when promised. They have a system there that involves a team of people and my only regret is I didn't remember anyone's name! From the porter who checked me in, to the detailer who washed my vehicle, I thank you all.
