Honest, fair price, hard workers that seem very knowledgeable. I have had work done there several times. They will fix only what is needed and honestly tell you what you do not need (totally opposite of American Pride Auto who are up sale experts!). I live in Williamsburg and well worth the drive! This peoples are scammers, even a brand new car they still give fail inspection. But big company auto shop pass it easily. I can still see my 3rd tailight sitting on the roof. Update: Reasons why new customers getting good services because thanks to my review. Service: Oil change
Great customer service and the best pricing in town. Ben and Lee explained the process and breakdown on price. Went to acura dealership in town and the cost to remove and replace a starter was over $2K. Went to Auto Max and they only charged me a quarter of the price with the same one year warranty as the factory. They was able to squeeze me in a two day notice. A definitely repeat customer here.
