They are more of a burden than a help. They lost the key to my wheel locks and couldn’t “recreate” a noise coming from my wheel well when other dealerships could. I had a tire replaced on my brand new 2019 Colorado ZR2, but they couldn’t “recreate” a rattle coming from the front wheel well. I had to make multiple appointments before they could determine a tire was bad, but each time I reported the rattle coming from the front wheel well and each time they couldn’t “recreate it”. Finally I took it to Ted Britt Chevy who heard the rattle and are currently investigating the cause. Though they can’t remove my tires because the key to the wheel lock is no longer in my truck, where I always keep it. Jerry’s was the last place to work on my truck, when they replaced the tire. Of course, it took almost 7 tries trying to contact them (either leaving a voicemail, being transferred to an endless ring, or being disconnected) for them to finally answer.
