We've been using JK Auto for several years now. They are very professional and honest. I feel like they are very reasonable, and they are reliable with fast service. I've recommended them to everyone I can.

Scammers! Did an oil change and inspection claim had an exhaust leak but, told me they didn't check for one because exhaust pipe had a break so, they failed it . It was a simple fix and I check for a leak for nearly two days and it did not leak then, I took the car back and now claim the muffler has a crack in it. This guy is a liar don'tbelievethey even checked for an exhaust leak, I check the car when I got home and saw no evidence of leakage nor Crack in the muffler. I should have known better to take it back to them again this year since he failed it for not having a bar to secure bar over it and charged me $20 for basically a wire. These people cannot be trusted and I will never do business there again just looking to do additional service. Service: Oil change

I was traveling for the holidays and my car shut down. After calling multiple mechanics, JK was nice enough to service my car right before the holidays. I ended up needing my alternator replaced. He communicated throughout the entire process, his prices were great, and he was honest. I highly recommend! Service: Electrical
