The battery of my car failed to start for about 7 minutes, I did no think I could use the car. It made me very nervous. However, after 8 minutes It started. Next day I went to Skyline Automotive.real fast. My battery work smoothly. Moreover, I have all the fluids reviewed. I knew it needed to be done, they had recommended to do it some weeks ago. Everyone was so nice, the lady at the front was very nice, she called a ride for me to get home and another to go back to them when technicians were ready. For everything they did to my old car, the price was reasonable, and for how how nicely I was treated, this will be the place to go for my car. Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto maintenance

Nobody likes the inconvenience of having to drop their car off and having it worked on - but if you have to - this is the place. Really good diagnostics system with photos & explanations were texted to me. Good communication. Everyone was very polite & professional. Highly recommended. My first time using this auto repair shop. Very. Pleasantly. Surprised. I will give Skyline Automotive another opportunity to continue to wow me. They fixed the airbag light issue going on with my car at a Very, Reasonable, Price. My service advisor, Katie, was a joy to work with, extremely professional, and helpful like I have not experienced in a while. She also arranged my shuttle ride to the Metro. Definitely doing business again with them soon.
