Auto Stop Falls Church

I scheduled an oil change and it was done promptly. While my car was there, they did a digital courtesy inspection. I have been taking my car to the dealership for service since I bought it new in 2014. However, I found that this digital inspection included photos of all areas that were examined along with an explanation of what will need future service, why it will need the service and what it will cost. I want to give a specific acknowledgement of the service advisor, Brandy. She is so knowledgeable about the ins and outs of car mechanics that she is able to explain to me specifics regarding the quirks of the make of my car. I also heard her on the phone answering specific questions for a customer with a different make of car. On top of that, she is very personable. I'd also like to comment on the cleanliness and comfort of the waiting room, the bathroom, and the tennis balls and treats for my dog. Service: Oil change

We’ve been coming here for the past three years and have always had a great experience! Every visit they do a regular inspection of the car and detail the results in a report with clear explanations of what the issue is and the level of urgency. Our car has had to get a few things replaced and Brandy and the technicians are so thorough with explaining the issue and answering our questions. I highly recommend!!

We are out of town visiting from Florida and unfortunately picked up a nail while touring around the city. We called the local dealer and they told us they could get us in in 2 weeks, for a tire repair. After a few more phone calls and no luck I called Toms Auto Stop shop and spoke to Brandy. They were extremely busy as well but she understood our urgency and was able to get us in for a 3pm and get the tire fixed while we waited near by. We had our 4 kids and 2 dogs with us so this was such a huge help. When we walked back over to pickup the car she had snack bags for each of us and even treats for our dogs! I just wish they were closer to home.
