As someone with an aging vehicle it’s usually a stressful event getting my car checked out. I never know who/what to trust and usually walk away feeling like I got scammed. This is not the case at 88 Auto Clinic. After assessing my vehicle, James called me to review in detail the issues and the cost of repair for each item. He was honest and gave me an order of priority. He helped me set up a plan to do the repairs in sequence at each of my next appointments. This gave me time to save up for the repairs to ensure my car is in good shape to last a few more years. Additionally, they took the time to resolve a tire issue I have had for over a year that the past 3 shops had not been able to remedy! I am super fortunate to have discovered Auto Clinic. James was super careful with my vehicle, a 2011 Toyota Corolla which was in need of significant repairs. Throughout the diagnostic and repair process, James was thorough in explaining exactly what my car needed and what should be prioritized. Although it was a costly repair, James was understanding and flexible in explaining my options. Very professional yet down to earth and understanding. I trust this shop and will be a returning customer should I have any issues with this or any other vehicle. Highly recommend.

Hands down, on of the best, most professional shops i have dealt with. James and Freddy diagnosed and replaced the bad transmission in my Audi A4 all while not taking me to the cleaners like some other shops were trying to. They were fast professional, any update they had James would contact me personally, and keep me updated. I will definitely keep using them in the future.
