South Riding Auto Collision

My car was rear ended and the extend of the damage was pretty bad. After working with the parties insurance company, I contact South Riding Auto Collision to let them know the background and if they could take my car. Right away they were able to tow my car since it was dangerous for me to continue driving and kept me updated with the repair stages. Anytime I contacted them to get photos forwarded to the insurance company so I could be reimbursed they happily helped. When I picked up my car it looked perfect, and drove like it used to. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable service. Quality shop with customer first, not insurance company, approach. Will use quality or OEM replacement parts vs third-party, typically inferior stuff.

Sadiq and team did a great job of fixing up my car. They dealt with insurance and made the process very easy for me. He was patient through my constant rescheduling and was even kind enough to drop me off at the rental car company. I wish communication was better on their end (I had to call in to check the status of the car) but would definitely go back again.
