I recently purchased a new (used) "toy" for myself, and wanted to have someone give a thorough once over front-to-back. I knew of a few items that needed to be addressed from a pre-purchase inspection, but really wanted someone trustworthy and knowledgeable about BMWs to look it over in detail. I was introduced to FAS/Carlos by a close friend (more like a brother) of mine. My friend went to high school with Carlos and was still friends to this day. So, trust factor...check! I took my car into FAS, met Carlos and his team (Emad and Steven). Not only were they able to identify the specifics (i.e., root cause, etc.) around the issues I knew about, but found several other problems that needed to be addressed, some of which impacted the safety of the vehicle.
