Thank you Danny for going above and beyond my expectations. I was in another state when my Google search recommended your establishment. You were able to educate me and talk me through the process in a patient and understanding way. You didn't make me feel uncomfortable for having to say pardon several times and putting you on hold so I could follow your instruction. I was able to fix my trailer hitch jack and get back on the road in no time. You're the best. FYI....this action was completed before the local towing company arrived. I cancelled the call and strongly recommend Exit 7 Towing & Auto Repair for all emergency and non emergency calls.
