They accommodated us quickly while we were on a long road trip. Engine light came on. I called that afternoon asking if they could take a look the next morning. I wanted to know if we could make the remaining 6-hour drive safely. Billy answered my question (yes, we could!) and helped diagnose some issues that could lead to why the light came on in the first place. They looked at a few things, cleaned up a few things, and got us on the road for only a diagnostic fee. We agreed I would take care of the more in-depth cleaning when we arrived at our destination. They could have up-sold us on repairs that might be needed in an older vehicle (2005), but they were honest and understanding of our desire to complete our family road trip.
